We Deliver

If you are unable to pick up your order from our Warehouse in Sodus, NY, we will ship it by UPS, FedEx or common carrier. If your order is less than one pound we will send it by regular  U.S. Mail.

When you receive your order from a regular ground service, please open and inspect your order immediately. If your order was damaged in shipment, notify the driver immediately and contact the carrier service and Belle Terre Irrigation as soon as possible. Please keep the label(s) from the box(es). Usually damage during shipment is the responsibility of the carrier.

In an effort to give you the best  possible service, we offer Delivery on medium to large orders at a very reasonable rate. In the Spring we also offer POOL TRUCK SPRING DELIVERY. We travel extensively in early Spring in New York and New England areas and deliver orders at a very affordable cost.

Returns

Special orders item must be PAID for prior to us ordering. Special orders items and custom made items are not returnable.

For claims under Manufacturer's Warranty, call us and we will ship a replacement on an open invoice. As long as we get the defective item within 30 days your credit card will not be charged. If we do not receive the product back then, after 30 days, we will charge your credit card for the new product that was sent out. Customers are responsible for carrier or freight cost back to us.

Any shortage or error must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order. Authorization is required for any return and may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. If a return is necessary please contact us for authorization.
